How we share your listings
We show affordable houses to buyers from the US and the UK. If you said yes to one of our emails, these are the terms you agreed to.
Terms (version terms-v1, 27 September 2026)
- Free. We never charge you for sharing a listing, and you have no obligation.
- Credit and link. Every post says “Listing by [your agency]” and links to your listing.
- Where: our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, newsletter and website.
- Non-exclusive. You can share your listing anywhere else too.
- Removal. We remove a post within 3 working days when you ask, or when the house is sold. Newsletters that are already sent cannot be recalled.
- Photos. By saying yes, you confirm that you may let us use the photos (you own them, or the photographer agrees). Tell us the photographer's name if we should credit them.
- “Yes all” means we may also share your other houses in our price range under the same terms, without asking each time. You can end this at any time.
- No tracking. Our emails have no tracking pixels and no tracked links.
To remove a post, stop all contact, or ask a question: hello@housesforasong.com, or reply STOP to our email.
About our website visits
To find houses, we visit small agency websites. Our requests identify themselves as HousesForASong/0.1 and link to this page. We:
- make at most one request every few seconds per server,
- follow your
robots.txt,
- read only public listing pages,
- stop at once if your site blocks us.
