What it costs to buy the middle house
The middle cheap house in Creuse sold for €32,000. On top of the price you pay the transfer tax, the notary's fee and a small land register fee. Creuse raised its part of the tax to 5.00% under the 2025 budget law. Someone who buys a first main home pays 4.50% for this part instead.
